GAP Peptides’ research lab is located within the Texas Tech University Innovation Hub at Research Park in Lubbock, TX. Our lab contains a variety of standard lab items and laboratory instruments used in traditional chemical synthesis. No special equipment is necessary to produce synthetic peptides utilizing GAP technology. Our lab is part of a 40,000 square foot, LEED certified facility. We comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including TTU ordinances, relating to EH&S requirements.
In addition to the equipment in our lab, we also have shared access to powerful analytical tools located at TTU. This includes the NMR facility at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, which houses five high-field NMR spectrometers, and the Center for Biotechnology and Genomics, which offers multiple options for UHPLC and HRMS analysis.
To guarantee the delivery of quality service and reliable, high-purity peptides, we provide customers with a detailed Certificate of Analysis, prepared by an independent 3rd party, which includes MALDI-TOF and/or ESI HRMS to confirm identity.
