Caroline Brooks-CEO & Managing Director. Caroline is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering and an executive MBA. She has 20+ years of operations experience working in professional services, high tech and manufacturing. Caroline has worked with clients globally as a management consultant specializing in business performance optimization, process and operations improvement, talent management, and organizational change.
Cole Seifert-CSO, PhD, Founder. Dr. Seifert is a graduate of Texas Tech University (TTU) and is the expert in GAP Peptide Synthesis. He conceived GAP Peptides while a student at TTU and is the technical and scientific expertise behind this novel technology. Cole’s optimism, creativity, and boldness in addressing synthetic organic chemistry challenges paves the way for GAP Peptides’ commercialization strategy. Cole also receives guidance and input from his former advisor, and GAP peptide synthesis co-inventor, Dr. Guigen Li, PhD. The pair have a combined 40 years of laboratory and research experience.
Carder Brooks-Advisor, Founder. Carder has a MS in Biotechnology and a JD from Texas Tech University. He is a licensed patent attorney and practices at the firm Whitaker Chalk in Ft. Worth, TX. While at TTU, Carder encountered GAP technology, recognized its significance, and was instrumental in finding angel investors to fund the start-up. Carder is an entrepreneur and scientist who provides a valuable and diverse skill set advising on legal matters and contributing to both operational and strategic planning of the business.
